Diversity is a huge issue for the insurance industry and there is much work to be done to attract, retain and develop female employees.

Our aim is to provide knowledge and insights to emerging female leaders to help enhance their career development, whilst providing a community for networking and a forum to discuss the key issues that are impacting their firms and careers with their peers.
