Speed Mentoring - Feb 2023
The power of networking
The WCI’s iWIN committee recently held a virtual speed mentoring session aimed at providing mentees with the opportunity to connect, network and interact with a variety of mentors from across the WCI and the wider insurance market.
The session, hosted by committee members Kishan Mangat & George Tsounias, provided each mentee with 3 separate mentors through the use of remote break out rooms where conversations lasted around 20 minutes each.
Participants commented that ‘the session had a good, professional and professional vibe’ and that it was ‘a great event as you get to meet new people and pass on some experience and knowledge’.
Kishan Mangat is a Senior Associate at DWF Law LLP and Co-Chair of iCAN and George Tsounias is Education Programme Manager at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
