The insurance collaboration of the season!
The Worshipful Company of Insurers, in partnership with ISC Group, are sponsoring 15 Emerging and 15 Aspire ISC memberships for women based in the UK. These extended ISC memberships provide access to a carefully curated professional development programme which includes #mentoring, coaching and sponsorship as well as extensive opportunities for cross-industry and cross-seniority networking.
In addition, WCI iWIN will be looking to support our cohort through the year with access to the iWIN committee and the wider WCI livery family, given that iWIN’s goals are to attract retain and develop women in the insurance sector.
ISC Group is a business association for women, founded on the values of allyship and community. Over 17 years, it has developed into a community interest company focused on increasing the number of women in senior leadership in the insurance sector. Their career development programmes are designed to help women, regardless of seniority and location, advance to their next career stage surrounded by an extensive, global support network.
