Most people bounce from one year to another without stopping to pay attention to the experience of the year gone by.

Companies are always encouraging Year End Reviews - very few people ever give themselves the chance to have their own version.

iWin wants to give you the chance to reflect and understand your personal journey of this year - rather than just focus on the destination of next year.

Our SatNavs always have to know the starting point of your journey before working out your route! This exercise will give you that as you head into 2023.

iWin Committee Member and Corporate Career Coach Kay White will guide you through a process she's used for nearly a decade with her corporate clients.

As Kay says "The exercise always prepares you strongly for the year ahead and reminds you of just how much you've achieved, managed, handled, experienced during the year about to finish.

You'll come away with a much clearer understanding of how to use the lessons and messages from 2022 to guide you purposefully into your 2023."

A notepad and a pen, one that you like and feel comfortable with. The exercise will be done quietly in a group so you can be really honest with yourself. You'll be able to write down your responses to some questions, reflect and then add to your Review afterwards.

>> Dress Code:

Smart casual and comfortable.
